Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise the work of the International Undergraduate Admissions and Utah Global areas
- Identify changes in admissions-related policies and review requests for exceptions
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise full-time evaluators and student clerks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- Four years of progressively responsible management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes
- Background knowledge of the hiring department's area of specialization
- Master's degree in a related area may be preferred
