Mechanical Training Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical (M&T) Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&T training processes, programs, and procedures to meet standards and regulatory requirements
• Create and execute a strategy for initial accreditation of training programs and update training based on changes
• Prepare evaluations and exams for trainees and maintain compliant training records

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial nuclear power plant mechanical maintenance or 4+ years of military nuclear experience
• Expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating M&T training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of regulatory impacts and accountability in nuclear operations
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in plant design, procedures, or project needs
