Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and content impact
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and participate in the Operations Change Management process
- Identify gaps in training and readiness processes, coordinating scalable learning solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related enablement role
- 2+ years of experience in a Servicing Operations role or equivalent environment
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
