Key Responsibilities
- Manage learning programs from design to evaluation and implementation with managerial guidance
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and implement learning interventions
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, supporting various learning modalities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing learning programs
- Experience with various learning modalities including e-learning and training facilitation
- Proficiency in instructional design models, such as ADDIE
- Interest in employee enablement and performance improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
