A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learner and task analyses to define instructional goals and measurable outcomes
- Develop online, hybrid, and instructor-led courses using evidence-based instructional strategies
- Analyze learner analytics and feedback to iterate on course design and demonstrate ROI to funders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
- Experience with learning management systems and analyzing learning analytics
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
