Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learner and task analyses to define instructional goals and measurable outcomes
• Develop online, hybrid, and instructor-led courses using evidence-based instructional strategies
• Analyze learner analytics and feedback to iterate on course design and demonstrate ROI to funders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Experience with learning management systems and analyzing learning analytics
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
