Job Summary
A company is looking for an Educator Talent Associate Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the administration of all Educator Talent grant programs, including application development and evaluation support
- Distribute funds to grantees and provide technical assistance regarding program questions
- Develop evaluation plans and create reports on grant implementation and program improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in education, public policy, or a related area
- 2 years of experience in federal and/or state grant programs related to K-12 education
- Strong experience in communication and technical support with schools or state education agencies
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in teacher recruitment and retention
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and work extended hours as needed
