A company is looking for a Training & Development Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Deliver engaging training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats
- Assess training effectiveness and maintain records of completed sessions and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a learning & development role focusing on training design and delivery
- Proficiency in multiple learning modalities and learning technologies
- Experience designing training for diverse, multicultural audiences
- Preference for candidates fluent in Spanish and English
