Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development LMS Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the LMS, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and training for users on LMS navigation and best practices
- Generate reports on learner progress and assist in analyzing LMS data for trends
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems
- Undergraduate degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with Service Now, Workday, or LinkedIn Learning is a plus
