Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training resources
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
- Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted training solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in organizational development within a healthcare environment
- Strong experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in training development
- Skilled in utilizing course authoring tools and managing multiple training initiatives
