Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve customer engagement models and adoption best practices
- Manage and scale a high-performing team of Education Impact Consultants to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and maximize customer lifetime value
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience leading teams in multi-product SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and user adoption best practices
- K12, Government, or Public sector experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
