A company is looking for an L&D Specialist, Home Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and mentorship of HCAM and CSM teams
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and reporting
- Collaborate with L&D and leadership to ensure training materials are current and aligned with business needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
- Experience delivering training in a remote environment for groups of 10-12
- Passion for learning and supporting team member development
- Proficient in MS Office and Google product suites
- Experience in conducting virtual training and presentations
