Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their global Learning and Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create tailored learning experiences, including eLearning and in-person training
- Gather content from business leaders and subject matter experts to design effective learning materials
- Conduct quality assurance for learning products and apply adult learning theories to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developing engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences
- Expertise in authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
- Minimum 3 years of adult training or teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certification in Instructional Design preferred
- Strong video creation and editing skills
