Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions based on learner needs to achieve desired outcomes
• Create online and instructor-led training materials using various tools and MS Office products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learner needs and ensure effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Three years of training and development experience preferred
• Experience in the financial industry preferred
• Experience in creating storyboards and scripts for eLearning required
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
