Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions based on learner needs to achieve desired outcomes
- Create online and instructor-led training materials using various tools and MS Office products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learner needs and ensure effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Three years of training and development experience preferred
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Experience in creating storyboards and scripts for eLearning required
- Knowledge of instructional design best practices and adult learning principles
