A company is looking for a Learning Specialist to design and deliver training programs and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create training content and knowledge resources for front line staff
- Facilitate training sessions, including onboarding and refresher training
- Consult with management to evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, training, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in a related field
- Certification in facilitation, adult learning, or project management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and adult learning principles
