A company is looking for a Bookkeeper (Legal) who is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts for clients
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial control work
- Experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Gusto and law firm case management systems is a plus
- Experience with recording payroll journal entries
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation is a bonus
