Licensed EAP Triage Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Triage Counselor to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical work including intake, assessment, crisis management, short-term counseling, and case management follow-up
• Provide clinical services telephonically, in office, or on-site at customer workplaces
• Enter client interface data into the EAP Expert database and perform related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Currently Licensed or License eligible in a Mental Health profession
• Previous EAP experience and/or Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) preferred
