Key Responsibilities
- Conduct claims handling in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Investigate loss details, interview involved parties, and adjust complex injury claims
- Negotiate settlements and ensure timely and accurate claims payments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of claims experience or equivalent education and experience
- Commercial General Liability experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Adjuster's License required; additional licenses may be needed within six months of hire
