Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate Specialist, Member Loyalty-Seasonal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support beneficiaries with inquiries regarding hospital indemnity products and guide them through post-enrollment activities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring a seamless experience and high member satisfaction
  • Verify enrollment and assist members with questions related to their current plans and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Possess or obtain a resident state health insurance license
  • Availability to work shifts between 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable with desktop computers and knowledge of Office applications
