A company is looking for a Member Advocate Specialist, Member Loyalty-Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities
- Support beneficiaries with inquiries regarding hospital indemnity products and guide them through post-enrollment activities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring a seamless experience and high member satisfaction
- Verify enrollment and assist members with questions related to their current plans and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Possess or obtain a resident state health insurance license
- Availability to work shifts between 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with desktop computers and knowledge of Office applications
