Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for patients and families
• Provide immediate support during behavioral health crises and facilitate resource linkage for complex needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and advocate for patients' needs with relevant agencies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid and current master's level license in the practice state (e.g., LISW, LCSW)
• Preferred certifications include OSW-C or APHSW-C
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
