Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to provide telehealth therapy services to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement therapy services via telehealth for individuals and families
• Consult with psychiatrists and Specialty Clinic staff to design treatment plans
• Provide supervision for LCSW teammates working towards PIP when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing individual counseling services
• Licensed as a Social Worker with one unrestricted state license is required
• Social Worker Licensure required within the assigned states within 6 months of employment
• Preferred experience with dual diagnoses issues and conducting evaluations
