Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and ETL processes
• Collaborate with customer agencies to translate data from legacy systems to the new software
• Mentor team members and create documentation for data conversion processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
• Intermediate SQL skills and working experience with Python
• Ability to pass background check requirements for public safety information systems
• Capability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
