Job Summary
A company is looking for an OCM Manager/Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for IT system adoption and infrastructure upgrades
- Design and lead tailored training and communication plans for personnel to ensure smooth transitions to new technologies
- Conduct organizational assessments and create CBP-specific SOPs, training manuals, and job aids for IT modernization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
- 5+ years in training or OCM leadership roles
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation or clearance
- CBP training delivery or transition support experience is a strong plus
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
