Job Summary

A company is looking for a District Lead Post Secondary Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual 1:1 teaching and counseling experiences for students in post-secondary preparation and enrichment
• Mentor students in exploring various post-secondary options and support them through the college application process
• Collaborate with campus teams to organize college and career events and address specific campus needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in Post Secondary Counseling, School Leadership, or related fields
• Advanced Degree (MA, MS, MEd, or higher) in relevant fields such as School Counseling or Educational Psychology
• Licensed School Counselors or former higher education professionals preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of the college admissions process and alternative post-secondary options
• Experience with Neurodivergent Students with Learning Disabilities is a plus
