Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a team of licensed health agents engaged in promoting and selling plans by phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a team of sales agents to meet sales goals
- Oversee daily call center activities and monitor performance metrics
- Provide training and resources to ensure agents can perform effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with Medicare Advantage sales
- A current and valid Health License
- 6 months experience in a sales call center environment
- Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
