A company is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Research and engage accounts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through multi-channel outreach
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives (AEs) to develop strategies and outreach plans for targeted accounts
- Book and qualify meetings for AEs, ensuring prospects are prepared and engaged
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Business Development (0-2 years), with exposure to SDR/BDR roles or similar
- Proficiency in prospecting skills, including building lead lists and crafting outbound sequences
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to work and opportunity seizing
- Coachability and growth mindset, with a desire for feedback and career advancement
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively
