Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capture Manager - Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture management for federal opportunities, including opportunity assessment and win strategy development
• Implement approved capture processes and ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaborative bidding environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in federal contracting business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Proven track record of capturing and winning federal contracts with significant achievements
• Strong understanding of government contracting vehicles and federal procurement processes
