Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their contact center needs
- Design and deliver customized demos showcasing AI capabilities for call quality and analytics
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing conversational voice and chat-based IVAs
- Proven experience with LLMs specific to contact center applications
- Experience with natural language understanding and dialogue management platforms
- Foundational experience in working with APIs for real-time data integrations
- Deep understanding of voice channel orchestration and call flow architecture
