A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent attainment of Enterprise quotas and maintain 3x pipeline coverage across all representatives
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and deal reviews to enhance reps' abilities in navigating complex sales cycles
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on strategic district initiatives and GTM priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Account Executives in complex B2B sales cycles with significant quarterly quotas
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and conducting board-level deal reviews
- Deep understanding of selling into large organizations with a focus on executive alignment and negotiation
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and build scalable playbooks for high-value deals
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including grit, confidence, curiosity, and commercial acumen
