Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with multinational customers and employee benefits consultants
- Manage and expand the existing book of business while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with key functions to provide comprehensive insurance solutions globally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Sales, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- 10+ years of experience in the International Employee Benefit Industry
- Consultative sales experience and account management skills
- Existing network in International Employee Benefits
