Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the Revenue Operations function
- Oversee daily operations including CRM management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and enable effective processes that enhance performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven success in building and scaling RevOps infrastructure, including CRM optimization and GTM strategy execution
- Strong command of sales technology systems and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in creating reporting frameworks and dashboards for key metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally to align strategy with execution
