A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (Charlotte/Piedmont Triad).
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and sales initiatives
- Solicit and appoint new agencies while evaluating their potential for quality business
- Exceed new business production and profit objectives by managing assigned agents effectively
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Candidates must reside in the Charlotte, NC or Piedmont Triad areas
- Experience in managing agency relationships
- Ability to mentor and train new hires
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
