Key Responsibilities

• Lead the joint business planning process and manage supplier relationships for assigned categories
• Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and conduct post-event analysis to evaluate results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize supply chain efficiencies and drive incremental volume growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the CPG industry
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Experience with category management and digital shelf strategies
• Ability to negotiate and manage trade funding in accordance with company standards
