Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Molecular Diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Engage with clients directly to nurture potential sales opportunities and maintain relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share in specialty practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
- At least 6 years of proven success in outbound sales, particularly with specialty physician practices
- Established relationships with specialty physician practices
- Familiarity with the clinical laboratory industry is advantageous
- Understanding of molecular diagnostics and infectious disease testing is preferred
