Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Programs and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including onboarding and ongoing training
  • Design and launch scalable sales programs to drive adoption of key initiatives and tools
  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs for large sales teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM systems
  • Data-driven and proactive in driving clarity and action
