Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Programs and Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including onboarding and ongoing training
- Design and launch scalable sales programs to drive adoption of key initiatives and tools
- Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs for large sales teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM systems
- Data-driven and proactive in driving clarity and action
