Partner Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the partner onboarding and enablement framework to support scalable growth
• Oversee the review and approval of partner setup packages, ensuring compliance and completeness
• Monitor onboarding KPIs and partner readiness, implementing improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales operations, or business development
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Experience in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS preferred
• ETA CPP certification and familiarity with high-risk payment processing are a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms
