Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Revenue Operations team, optimizing core sales operations processes
- Own and manage the Sales forecasting process, delivering performance reporting and trend analysis
- Oversee Deal Desk operations and Sales Enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations roles within B2B SaaS or software companies
- Demonstrated success leading teams that support high-performing sales organizations
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM administration, and forecasting best practices
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms
