Key Responsibilities
- Support target setting operations and analysis for the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team
- Develop, administer, and maintain target setting processes across teams and products
- Responsible for quota setting, reconciling data sources, and developing complex reports
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, or Mathematics
- 4 years of experience in business and/or finance, particularly in compensation administration or sales operations
- Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis and data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of BI tools and SQL preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
