Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB accounts
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of the company's solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional development/HR tech
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and a transactional sales cycle
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
