A company is looking for an Account Executive, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for SMB accounts
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of the company's solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional development/HR tech
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and a transactional sales cycle
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
