Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a scalable inside sales operations framework for global SDR teams
• Manage lead routing rules and ensure timely action on qualified leads
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track SDR productivity and pipeline health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales operations
• Proven experience with SalesLoft and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
