Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, design, and implementation of the Sales Enablement function
- Partner with marketing to align messaging and positioning across customer-facing roles
- Design and launch impactful coaching and training programs for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales enablement experience, with 3+ years in direct enterprise SaaS sales preferred
- Strong understanding of Forced management/command of message methodology
- Proven track record in change management and sales enablement tools
- Passionate about developing others and fluent in modern sales methodologies
- Exceptional ability to influence across teams and deliver engaging presentations
