Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Consultant - Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to develop and manage a pipeline of PFML opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and producers, guiding them through product offerings and sales processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and proposal delivery while monitoring state-specific PFML regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Life & Health License required
• 2+ years of sales or broker channel experience, preferably in PFML or employee benefits
• Working knowledge of the broker distribution model
• Experience with RFPs and coordinating with underwriting for quotes
