A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy to lead and optimize their revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion compensation and incentive design, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
- Own and refine revenue forecasting processes, developing accurate short and long-term forecasts
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, building and leading a high-performing Revenue Operations team
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Expertise in compensation design and administration with a track record of managing sales compensation plans
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
