Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account management and partnership development across health systems and specialty pharmacy clients
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Oversee proposal, RFP, and implementation processes for new clients and programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of experience in strategic account management, healthcare operations, or client services
- 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Participation in compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
