Key Responsibilities

  • Track and evaluate SPIFF and sales contest programs, delivering insights into cost efficiency and business impact
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, sales operations, or sales finance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with databases and SQL or compensation platforms is a plus
  • General understanding of sales processes and quota-based incentive programs
