A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze commission plan performance to evaluate effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain predictive models to forecast plan costs for upcoming fiscal years
- Track and evaluate SPIFF and sales contest programs, delivering insights into cost efficiency and business impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, sales operations, or sales finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with databases and SQL or compensation platforms is a plus
- General understanding of sales processes and quota-based incentive programs
