Key Responsibilities

• Advise and guide members on financial products to meet their needs
• Simplify the loan process by assisting with applications and ensuring documentation accuracy
• Strengthen member relationships and collaborate with internal teams to enhance services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required
• Minimum two years of financial service sales experience or three years combined experience in outbound sales and financial services
• Experience in originating lending applications
• Understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, including registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
