Key Responsibilities
- Lead advertiser-side sales focusing on DMOs, hotel groups, airlines, and travel brands
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for ad product adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team while exceeding revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in advertising or media sales, with experience selling to large advertisers
- At least 3 years of experience leading sales teams with a track record of success
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and retail media
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Ability to build C-level relationships and negotiate complex deals
