• Drive topline revenue and support the growth of hyperscale campuses and development practices

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience leasing complex data center real estate services
• Ability to manage complex lease, development, and service agreements
• Experience delivering turnkey and built-to-suit leases
• Capable of preparing executive/investor-friendly content
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
