A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Player Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and revenue
- Contribute to process improvements and provide coaching to enhance team performance
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the VIP team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Sales
- At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team
- Passion for improving player experience and promoting a positive team environment
- Proven success in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase revenues
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
