Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to join their rapidly expanding sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently build and manage a direct sales pipeline in assigned accounts or regions
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business needs and priorities
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate business terms, and manage the contractual process
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals over $250k in ACV/ARR
  • Sales hunter mentality and strong history of quota attainment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tell a compelling business story
  • Understanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on Identity
  • Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies
