Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director to join their rapidly expanding sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently build and manage a direct sales pipeline in assigned accounts or regions
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business needs and priorities
- Prepare proposals, negotiate business terms, and manage the contractual process
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals over $250k in ACV/ARR
- Sales hunter mentality and strong history of quota attainment
- Ability to communicate effectively and tell a compelling business story
- Understanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on Identity
- Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies
