Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director I-KT to focus on business development and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client relationship management strategies and account plans to meet customer needs
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identify and create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase customer spend
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of field sales experience or 10+ years of related experience
  • Proven success in enterprise-level sales and strategic account management
  • Experience in consultative sales and developing account plans
  • Strong business, financial, and technical acumen
  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required
