Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client relationship management strategies and account plans to meet customer needs
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Identify and create opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase customer spend
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of field sales experience or 10+ years of related experience
- Proven success in enterprise-level sales and strategic account management
- Experience in consultative sales and developing account plans
- Strong business, financial, and technical acumen
- A college degree or equivalent experience is required
